5 cents for plastic bags
Yesterday while shopping at Loblaws I noticed a sign above the cash register that said “plastic bags - 5 cents.” The goal is to divert 1 billion plastic bags for landfills by year end As of January 12th, 2009 Loblaws no longer offered complimentary plastic bags with a shoppers purchase.
